Kim Dillon
is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Social Work. She spent much of her career working for a Fortune 500 company in the Health Care Industry. Kim and her husband are the parents of 3 boys, two of which are twins. Kim has always had a passion for children with learning differences, but when one of her twins was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 8, she decided that it was time to put her passion into action. It was at this time that she made a commitment to help others faced with similar challenges and she began teaching parenting classes. Through this teaching and coaching, Kim and all those who have had the opportunity to work with her know that she has found her purpose. Kim's own journey of spending many successful years in corporate America paired with her determination and understanding of what drives a child's behavior, has made her a sought after instructor and consultant in Positive Discipline.

In addition to running her business with her partner, Kim, has been a member of Wake County Schools PTA, has run support groups for parents of children with a learning difference, is an active member of her church in Raleigh, North Carolina and has participated for many years in the American Belarus Relief Organization.
